Delivery Time

You should get your shipment within a week of placing your order. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are added at checkout. 

Delivery costs are higher if the order contains the CatKit Playhouse, as shipping companies charge more for larger packages.

Shipping Company

The CatKit uses a third party to carry out the delivery service. We are always keen on our customers having a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

Lost or Damaged shipments:

In the rare case of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us within the same day of receiving your order and send us pictures of the damaged shipment, so we can contact the shipping company and fix the issue as soon as possible. Contact us on meow@thecatkit.shop
