If your order arrives damaged or missing items:

In the rare occasion that your receive your order damaged or with missing items, please email us at meow@thecatkit.shop or DM us on Instagram @thecatkit.eg with details and photos of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your package. We’ll assess the issue and get back to you within 1-3 business days.
